I've been a customer here for 3 years and really enjoyed the services for our kids, but unfortunately, this will be my last visit. I was quoted one price for an exam and cleaning the week before the appointment, but was charged a different amount at checkout. When I questioned it, I was repeatedly told their staff was "highly trained" and wouldn't have quoted that amount. However, my children's father was also given different price quotes before the manager had to correct them, which clearly shows there was confusion with billing. Also, Kati's sarcastic and unnecessary remarks after we declined fluoride treatment were unprofessional. This wasn't the first time with her comments I usually brush them off. Could be her personality but it's a time and place for everything. And a patient's decision to decline a service should simply be respected. I was also told that TRICARE Dental "doesn't cover much." I explained that I didn't mind paying out of pocket. I genuinely liked the office and the quality of care. For Tricare insurance policy holders, if you choose this office, get your treatment estimate in writing so you know exactly what you'll be paying out of pocket, whether any self

We had a wonderful experience for my son’s first dental appointment and will certainly be back. He felt comfortable and the staff was so incredibly friendly from the front desk staff to the dental staff in the back. Would recommend over and over again for those looking for their child’s dentist.

Let me preface this review by saying the dentist and the hygienist's are all extremely nice, amazing bedside manner, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt safe and comfortable. We absolutely loved them! The office is also extremely clean and gorgeous. However, the billing staff and the office manager is a whole different story. Extremely rude, condescending, and unethical. They will allow a balance to sit on your account for 6+ months WITHOUT notifying you that you even have a balance, tell you at the time of the visit that you only have a copay when in fact, they don't even participate with your insurance until AFTER you are seen so that they can collect as much money from you as possible. They'll even let you schedule and reschedule appointments without telling you that they are now out of network with your insurance. And then they try to gaslight you when you question why you were never notified of a balance or them no longer accepting your insurance. It's really a shame because the dentist's and hygienist's are all so amazing. But their billing staff and office manager are going to run that place into the ground.

My experience here was great. My husband took our kid here and he said it was great! The front desk staff to the dental hygienist and the dentist were friendly in turn made him feel comfortable. My kid didn’t complain either which was another plus. Thank you for putting our family at ease.

We love General Dentistry for Kids! Every single person there is so kind and welcoming from the moment we walk in. The hygienists are amazing with my kids. They always go out of their way to make them feel comfortable and calm. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist now. My son still has some anxiety of the cleanings but they are always so patient with him. Dr. Lisa is the best! She’s so gentle, patient, and sweet with the kids. You can tell she truly cares and loves what she does. I’m so grateful we found this office — they make every visit such a positive experience! I seriously could not recommend a better office!
